Very fun. I use it to put into old stuffed animals my pup has already ripped apart. This would prob be a choking hazard for larger breeds. It does come unscrewed occasionally, which is another reason I shove it in a stuffed animal toy. For the price and the enrichment it does provide, I am very happy.

For reference I have an American bully(50lbs). He is small and is a medium expert chewer.
